Where We Deliver

We deliver to addresses throughout Germany. The delivery cost for your order is calculated and shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises.

Electric Dirt Bikes

Bikes are shipped securely packed by freight or courier. Because of their size and weight, delivery is usually made to the kerb or ground floor. You will be contacted to arrange a delivery time where needed.

Parts & Accessories

Batteries, brakes, shocks, suspension parts and tires are sent by parcel service. Lithium batteries are shipped in line with dangerous-goods transport rules, which can affect the delivery method.

Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time is shown on each product page and at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Checking Your Delivery

Please inspect the packaging when your order arrives. If you see visible transport damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us as soon as possible with photos, so we can resolve it quickly.
